Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plumlly platform, including our website, APIs, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Plumlly, Inc. ("Plumlly", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Plumlly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full. If you are using Plumlly on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
- Notify us immediately at support@plumlly.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or abuse protections.
- Be solely responsible for all content and actions taken under your account.

You may use Plumlly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.

- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to meeting invitees.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Plumlly reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating accounts.
AI Features Disclaimer
Plumlly uses artificial intelligence to provide features including meeting prep briefs, live transcription, meeting summaries, action item extraction, and follow-up email drafts (collectively, "AI Features").
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
- AI Features are provided as an assistive tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, legal, medical, or other professional decisions.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sharing it with others or acting upon it.
- Plumlly is not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
- Meeting transcription and recording features may be subject to applicable consent laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants.
Calendar and Meeting Integrations
Plumlly allows you to connect third-party calendar and communication services including Google Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. By connecting these integrations, you:
- Authorise Plumlly to access, read, and write calendar data on your behalf for the purpose of scheduling and managing meetings.
- Acknowledge that the availability and functionality of integrations may change based on third-party API policies outside our control.
- Agree that Plumlly is not responsible for the actions, data handling, or service availability of third-party providers.
- Understand that you may revoke integration access at any time through your account settings or the third-party provider's account settings.
Subscription and Billing
Plumlly offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan in advance on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
- Provide accurate and complete payment information. Plumlly uses Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
- Plumlly's right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
To cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Intellectual Property
The Plumlly platform, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and content created by Plumlly, is owned by Plumlly, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Plumlly's intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on Plumlly, including meeting notes, transcripts, and documents. You grant Plumlly a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
Service Availability
Plumlly strives to maintain high availability of the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily limits access to the Service. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
Plumlly is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service unavailability, including missed meetings or lost data due to platform outages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plumlly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall Plumlly's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Plumlly in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@plumlly.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Plumlly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
